I was at my wit's end with my washer acting up again, and I was just about ready to give up on it and go shopping for a new one. Then I thought, maybe I should try a service before I do it myself and dive into do it yourself washer repair. A quick online search led me to MalibuMend Appliance Solutions. They're right in Malibu, CA, so it seemed like a sign to give them a shot. I’m glad I did!
The technician came by and diagnosed the problem in no time. It was like he had a sixth sense for these things, which left me super impressed. He got down to the nitty-gritty, showed me what was going wrong, and offered some tips. I learned a few things that I could probably use next time I get brave enough to do it myself.
He got it working again without a hitch. I’m still kinda amazed at how smoothly it all went down. My Whirlpool washer is back to running like new. It’s like the guy was an appliance whisperer!
